Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure our images, videos and floorplans are as accurate as possible note that they must not be relied upon as statement of fact and are for identification and layout purposes only. Floorplans may not be to scale and measurements may NOT be used for building or valuation use, carpets measurements, appliances or furniture. All measurements are for guidance only and must NOT be relied upon as statement of fact. All measurements and placement of walls, doors, windows and appliances are approximate. NOT TO SCALE. The calculated Gross Internal Area is also approximate.
